About Me
My name is Laura Black. I am currently
an English Instructor at several community colleges in Northern Illinois.
Before teaching, I was an editor for various trade magazines.
I have always loved to write, and
journaling has always been part of my writing process. It is my goal to share
with others the benefits of journaling and how to begin the process.
I have created this blog to share my
passion for journaling with others. Journaling is great therapy. It can help in so many ways.
Instead of holding in your thoughts,
emotions, and feelings, find a new way to let it all out and express yourself
through journaling.
I will post a new journal entry for you
to write about each week. Follow along and write as much as you can for each
entry.
Share it with others or keep it to
yourself. Your journal will take you through an informal way of writing to
express your thoughts and expound on, or even discover new ideas, thoughts,
emotions, and feelings.
May your journaling experience help you
heal and stay positive throughout your life struggles, and for those never
having journaled before, may you learn to express yourself in a new way you
never imagined possible.
Happy journaling!
